I have appointed Second Lieutenant Mr. X to the newly created Training Officer position.

Duties:
1) Update the HKSS ranks as new members are added or members ranks change.
2) Oversee the Drill Sergeants to make sure they're doing their jobs.

Look at the ranks thread. Private First class is the one with the one stripe. Private and Trainee are the same rank.

Make up 8 questions and post them in the Shinobu Quiz thread. You can make up your own questions or reuse questions. They all must have something to do with Shinobu. When someone answers the questions, you make the judgment on whether they're right or wrong on questions. If they don't get a question right, give them a hint. If they get all 8 right, you come to this thread and recommend promotion for the person who got the questions.

Any questions about this part about drill sergeant duties? Check out the Shinobu appearance thread. That's another project I'm trying to get my drill sergeants to get off the ground.
