[HKSS] WANTED: HKSS Project Managers - Love Hina & Negima Forums

OK, I've noticed that we had a LOT of projects which basically went nowhere.

So I'm putting out a call for volunteers.

Project managers wanted: Position includes:
* make sure the project gets completed
* accept or deny entries
* judge if the minimum # of entries have been done
* judge the entries and recommend agents for promotion
* generate ideas so that the project is continuing

Ranks: ANY RANK. You read that right. From Private to leader, any agent may volunteer for a project and make it rock. Successful completion of a project MERITS A PROMOTION. So get moving!

Balmung: HKSS Dojo is where our agents learn the art of the Shinmei Ryu (Motoko and Setsuna are teaching...)

i can help you with the dojo.
Also can I request to start a new project for Dead cell?
It would be a special Ops dojo of sorts. Featured Subjects:
Stealth 101
Hostage situations
Reversals from hold ups or grapples
Efective uses of your weapon E.g. at close range certain Guns do more damage as clubs.
Ambushing
Dfensive battle
offensive Battle
Blitzkreig battle
Sea Battle
Landing whilst fighting
Effective use of control of the air
Weapons and the recomdaed uses for situations.
Close Quarters Combat
Med treatment
Dealing with a fallen ally

More useful than shinmeiryuu and all used as legitimate Military actions today.
Whilst some must sound painfully simplistic, but are more complex than their name implies.

Mainly it will be teaching the recruits Useful Tatics and manuvers as listed above.
Each week I will post another lesson on the above.

Ranks open to any who wish to learn these techniques.
I need somewhere to preserve my acculamted battle data anyway.
Promo possibilty is up to you BC-sama.
I think some will be new to the recruits and rather useful. I've drawn inspiration from many sources, mainly Real world Spec ops experts, including Marines, Commandos, Blacks ops men and general infantry.

This sounds interesting. How will this project be determined a success? Or is it a ongoing project like the Quiz with individual successes (individuals completing the project)

I was thinking about using quizzes to make indivigual success to see if they can aplly this knowledge to certain situations. And also remember CQC techniquesand stances.
Some are more useful for special ops and officers though.
