Only three punches? I guess it'd depend on what kind of Lady you accidently made yourself look like a perv to. If it was someone like a pro wrestler then maybe one or two punches'd knock you out cold. If you're unlucky and end up with a millitary lass, odds are she could take you out with one deadly blow. But if you're really unlucky and end up with offending a guy...

Truthfully though...
Is Keitaro really a pervert? Sure, he was shown fapping in volume 1.. And he has a few adult magazines... But doesn't almost every guy do those? I mean, most of the time, stuff happens by accident. Like peeking, or groping.... All accidents!
