Naru calls Kietaro a "cheating earth-digging pervert" in mao-chan. I'm confused!

Hello all, sorry I did not introduce myself in the proper forum. I just watched mao-chan episode 20 (mao-chan is an anime by Ken Akamatsu, author of love hina/negima). The episode in question takes place after love hina, when Naru takes care of the Hinata Inn.
Anyway, one website said Naru called Keitaro a "cheating earth-digging pervert"(in my version she says he is a loafer). I understand earthdigging, he becomes an archaeologist. I understand pervert. But cheating? I ask this of you love hina experts because this really disturbs me. Keitaro doesn't have the gall to cheat on Naru. Plus, he loves her. Also, Naru would kill Keitaro/divorce/whatever, not become some weak woman who stays married to an unfaithful husband. Bleh, I'm so confused and kinda-hurt right now. What did she mean by cheating (If you want, I'll megaupload the episode in question).


My second question is a song request. I am (still) looking for this song (link at bottom). I've asked many forums, and see two people have asked this forum for help. It is from love hina again, when Naru is waiting for Kietaro to return, before evil Naru/Kanako shows up in the series. She start sout sweeping, then it goes to her classroom, her playing tennis, hanging out with friends, and waiting in the hotsprings for kietaro. Again, just listen to my megaupload. EDIT: I should add that, even though I have the song, it is a crappy home recorded version. I was looking for a better version, with no background noise or echos (which mine has). I have the love hina again soundtrack, and many torrents of it, and I still can't find this song.

it may be because he had a little half sister that came over to the inn and wanted to marry him and keitaro was deciding between them or something. Or it could be when that girl that liked mellons (forgotten her name) was competeing for keitaro.

Actually, Naru didn't say that. She said: 'Is that pervert up to no good again!'. Maybe you downloaded a Low-quality sub

Thanks for help with the song. I've been lurking, and saw you are learning some Japanese in your love hina endless box set thread, and one of your pictures had screenshots from mao-chan, so I was hoping you would pop in and help.

I have another question thing. I loved love hina (def. my favorite anime/manga/show/anything), but AI Love You and Negima seem to be rubbing me the wrong way. My friend bought AI Love You and all I remember is the main character humping a Christmas tree, and I thought that was odd. I've only read 1 volume of negima, and I like it, but that's just it. I like it. I was expecting to love it. Does it get better? I read that there is more fighting. I'm sure there will be more character development. Maybe it's because volume 1 was just to set the stage, no? Because nothing really happened. It just introduced Negi and some other characters, like Asuna. Anyway, a friend lent me negima 1-3, so I plan to read them before making a decision.

/rant. Thanks for the help again. Now I feel better about Naru/ Keitaro.

EDIT: Still though, it sucks that all of Tokyo U hardships lead up to Naru taking care of an Inn. Ah well, nothing I can change.

Thanks again, but I wanted to add that it isn't this song (MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service). It sounds similar, but isn't it. The song I just linked to is used when Keitaro flies off to go digging. I want the one when he leaves to see his parents.

I know it's already been resolved, but this happens before their marriage. The first girl is Kanako, the melon girl is Mutsumi Otohime

I thought Negima volume 1 wasn't that bad, but yeah, I guess you can say they get better. I don't find them QUITE as good as Love Hina, but they're still pretty good.

I know I'm quoting you again, but after I was reassured, I saw this thread (Mao Chan + Love Hina = look into the future?)
What does Naru mean by "is that pervert up to no good again!". I thought it meant he was out digging/exploring. Could it mean he was having an affair? How do you intreprit this, keitaro004?

On a side note, I am reading through Negima 2, and I noticed a love hina reference (I can't seem to find the love hina references on negima thread in the negima board). It's on the page for 12 period: Egirl life. One computer image shows Ken coloring in stuff via computer. Another shows the source code for his website (it has words like AI Love Network, and title=love hina). Here is a screenshot of his website's source code(Picoodle / Image), and you'll see it looks close the the image on period 12: Egirl life.

Negima is more of a Hybrid, u got Harem/Romance/Action/Adventure etc etc.
negima is better for the average anime fan
Love Hina is better for the Romance/Akamatsu fans
