download bittorrent(i prefer using the program bittornado from the makers of shadow's bit torrent*the best there was*........ this is found at http://bittornado.com/ )

then goto www.suprnova.org (very important, it's not mispelled, it's not .com or .co.uk as these are pay sites, and it's suprnova not supernova)

then goto the search page and type in love hina
there is bittorrent for both movies in 1 pack, and 1 pack for the love hina again 3 ep's.
there is a complete 1-24 ep download for 4 gig, but don't get it, they are all .mkv files which are a pain to find codec's to play for, i downloaded some and it's screw my hole system up, now i can't play any avi and windows media files anymore
but the 2 movies and 3 LHA ep's are the best quailty, and they are all mpeg files
the 2 movies are about 350mb's each(a 700mb bittorrent file) and are great

BitTornado or otherwise, many torrents tend to be excruciatingly slow.
