Oh wow, I just discovered this link.

Looks like a small view into the Hinata-sou's future in Earth Defense Force: Mao-chan

The episode is about the girls taking a break and visiting a cheap inn to relax, the Hinata Sou, and the kawaii aliens come and try to steal the mystical hot springs. Why is the inn so cheap… well… it’s run by Naru and Keitaro as well as 3 old geezers.
The blog entry has pictures of Naru in the future!

The art of Naru reminds me of the crude-ish style of AI Love You. O__o

Mao Chan defense force something rather... ITs about these magical little girls who defend the earth from evil but kawaii aliens because noone else will. Kinda lame idea, but actually pretty good once you see it for the first time.

And yes, that is Naru. The idea for LH came from this episode. Akamatsu decided that the couple of NARU/KEITARO needed a background, because they were pretty funny, but also devoted to eachother. He gave the background in the form of LH. Also, the Naru character design was originally from this anime.

Damnit I WANT MORE LOVE HINA!!! AKAMATSU YOU ****ER!!!:bawl:
