Keitaro loves Naru more than anything and that gives him strength, so i think he can tough out some punches to the head. Things would get better between the two of them and they wouldn't be shy to show their feelings to the others.

No. It is an inside joke.

Keitaro gets hurt so often, he goes to the hospital so frequently, they make so much money off of him (as he has insurance)

So in honor of him, they built a special section which I call the Keitaro Urashima VIP section of the hospital
