No where... but if you watched the anime Karin (chibi vampire karin) you would know about it

Another difference is that each vampire has his or her own taste in blood based on the personality trait of the human beings on whom they feed. When they suck that person's blood, the associated personality trait is also drained. For example, Karin's taste is unhappiness (不幸, fukō?)(sloth), so she is drawn to unhappy people. On biting such a person, that person will lose all their sorrow and become happy, although the effect wears off over time. So in Karin, vampires are able to have a positive effect on humans, but this effect is not intentional[6] and depends on the vampire having a taste for a negative trait. However where their taste is for something positive such as love (Lust) (as is the case with Karin's grandmother, Elda), the effect of the vampire on human society can be devastating. Since humans and vampires are two completely different species, being bitten by a vampire does not cause a human to become a vampire.
