Macross Frontier
It's coming folks, April 3rd to be exact.
It takes place roughly 19 years after Macross 7. Unfortunately, no sign of Nekki =\ Well, all I know up to now is that this b**** Sheryl sings, horribly I might add, and seems to be real snobbish too. This dude with a ponytail wants to pilot Veritechs, and this girl who seems to be underage is a main chara in it too. Macross 7 all over, older guy and underage girl like each other? I hope not.  Well, Bal, since you'd know more about this than me, go ahead and take over this thread like I know you will

Yeah, same here, it looks, um, promising, at least as far as the Veritechs go, but the singing isn't that cool.

Let's put this into perspective...
Lin Minmei = Idol of Original Macross Nekki "Listen to My Song!!" Basara = ROCK GOD & LEAD OF GREATEST BAND IN MACROSS HISTORY! "Some New Girl" To put it simply, Lin inspired Nekki...in a way. Did Nekki inspire this new girl :/ What kind of music will she make? God help us if she's a pop diva...(which she reminds me of)

I know for a fact, Nekki would of lost it if they went for his audience :/
Still, Nekki cares about everyone. Even more so those whom listen to his music! THIS IS CAUSE FOR PANIC, with a diva like her, and especially if her music is needed in battle...God help us.

From what I've seen in Frontier, it doesn't seem to be the case, but it's still too early to assume.
