Yeah, but Kojima has no interest in this, there's no point, people say he should port it, but he's already decided that merely porting it isn't worth the hassle and that it's probably impossible anyway.
If they wait for MGS4 to be re-released like substance, integral or subsistence there might be an outsourcing company that clumsily tries and fails to make a good MGS on xbox, again

There's nothing impossible here, as proven with the current games, the hardware capacity is very similar. IF they wanted to, they'd make it, so they shouldn't put excuses about hardware things

They excuse is that hardware isn't worth crap to kojima, he says so in the above interview.
He chose the PS3 because he was on PS2 for the other games, he scaled it to the max of the limits, and porting it alone isn't innovative enough. He isn't the kinda guy to do that, e.g. Boktai PSP, never! Zone of the enders of 360? possible.

Even I have to admit it's about time PS3 got something exclusive for itself. All of sony's titles got jacked and now are also on the 360 too. Personally still don't care much though because I own none of the consoles but get to play all the games whenever I want.

And thus my fear that there are few true gamers left in the world has been justified, simply by the reactions of people to this interview.
The console does not matter at all. It is merely an output in which a game may be put out on display. I personally am not a fan of ports, as they tend to differ in some way shape or form from the original. In the end, people need to remember. The hardware is merely a tool, used to access a game. It is not the begin all, nor is it the end all. It merely is. The game is truely what matters. Not graphics, but story and gameplay. A game based heavily around showing off shiny graphics is a failure. Old school games got by on either gameplay, story or both because eye candy graphics weren't possible. Games were sold by the stuff that matters. I admit, MGS4 has shiny graphics, but it's high point is most certainly the story. It's gameplay really helps get through though, and is in my opinion a heavy improvement on the old games. That is all.

That and the substance port felt like having your arms chopped off and sewn on upside-down in the controls ;P
MGS4 COULD be on 360. But that would have to be a new project from scratch. Kojima wouldn't only port it, he'd have to use new idea's. And Boktai PSP? Maybe if they get PSP camera's going or something, but boktai is a very peripheral driven series, e.g. lunar knights and stuff. They'll go for the console that gives them the most freedom.
