Shinmei's Challenge of Battle
Unlike samurai assemble, this actually will lead to great battle.
I am proposing a small movement for the Motoko brigade, we are not very large, in fact we are less than half a dozen in active members and we are rarely still active here. As such i suggest that we create an RP thread, that would be an on going challenge of battle to those who would wish to sharpen their swords against shinmeiryuu's swords. It would be simple. A declaration to explain the thread followed by a list of the members here who are active and willing to accept challenges for the brigade, a challenger picks one or more swordsmen and engages them in a separate thread. Opinions?

 Then again, I'd rather not fight at all =.= It means we're limited to Shinmei techniques (which I really have no problem with) but meh...

Well it doesn't mean your limited to canon techniques Original skills are permitted, within given reason after all, and you don't HAVE to fight so it's all good.
Of course i realize that counting active members at best it would be you me and Z ;P

Well if you want to take things as ranks then it should be you, me, Z.
Being the championship winner doesn't get you promotions, it should... But then if you want battle ranks then i'd say its myself then you and Z on some unknown scale that he can choose being the leader and all.

Champion is rank of Defender of Motoko, not rlly those whom like her most. its supposedly used to find our strongest blade

As for promotion i was actually thinking about balmung and not myself, he won after so it wouldn't have a bearing on me.

Ooo, this sounds fun. I vote yes for this.
I've got my main character still in development (char development takes me a while), but I'm coming close to finishing him (really close). With any luck I'll be done with him in time for this... Note: I'm a bit of an RP noob, but I think I can handle it. I know the basic stuff, no godmoding, no controling other's characters extensively, ect, ect...
