alright - so far, I've done it like this - to get the layout.
There's space enough for text in the middle. Do you want more pictures? the same picture as a fade in the background? more color? Tell me exactly what you want!! You can easily add your own text on paint once it's done.

Whoa redrabbit, thats great!! It could be easily customised with text as well!. Would it be possible for you to do onw with each of the rank badges in, like one for recruit, one for sergeant etc, like the one there is for colonel
