Yeah, it does look like nothing will ever come of it, never is there going to be another season of Love Hina, unless someone else does the art, in which case I'd be a bit hesitant to watch it.

like most things follow ups never come. But then again there is nothing stopping you from creating fan non-H dojinshis (or H ones for those that have to) and fan novels.....

No H in Animeb - that is one of the board's rules, Ras
 Fanfics would work better - they take less time to do, and it's easier on the fingers. The trouble is, where would we put the fanfics, given we have a section for them in the board?

Depends on how much money it costs to make a series, and the popularity. I mean in terms of marketing i think Love Hina went as far as any series will go, with 24 eps a bonus ep, 2 movies and 3 OAVs, i think the best option at the moment is to create something new.... for instance AI love you.
We are simply a few fans, but with the coming of Negima, has shown that love hina has been since 2000 and it was time for something else to take over. He closed with a wedding, so that is as far as anything will go... animes are up to studios to determine...

AI Love You anime would be awesome...
Though it's computer concepts are pretty outdated in this new age of technology.  As for Naru... What's with the "Antennae" in her hair?  Same with Mutsumi?

it is simply anime hair....
hair in anime always defies gravity, that is why cosplay is so hard, unless Naru was to wear a whole pot of hair gel!
