ooops get your sig smaller i honestly thought that was your post that and there is a pixel size limit for sigs haruna's artifact can it bring the manga pages she draws to life? if so those pages she made of the library peoples would be amusing

It won't be Anya. She still hasn't reappeared in the story, so it is unlikely she will be the next one. We may very well have to wait a long time for the next one. Between the middle-end of Mahora Fest with Chisame to until early this arc with Kazumi, there have been only 2 pactios. I get the sense that Akamatsu wants Negi's inner group to stay small. It may be the next one won't come for another 10+ chapters.
Oh and my opinion, when it does come, it will be one of the sports girls, either Akira, Ako or Makie.
