His father is Takamichi. That's my prediction. That one guy is too prominent as a teacher. The other teachers are basically "background"

Asuna=Negi's "destined partner"

Nagi wouldn't go too far protecting the little lass and letting her live a normal life in Mahora without memories of any of him or his friends. Probably for her to attach herself to Negi(his past self?) perhaps?

Yeah, that part is obvious. However, the fact that he is so prominent, and is "in the know" about the magic doings about Mahora campus (like the principal being a Magic user, etc.) makes me think he is Nagi in disguise.

BUt nobody's doing a disguise that's changing appearance into a different person overall.

But he's the Thousand Master, so who knows?

I still think they protected Asuna to become Negi's partner. Nagi wouldn't go far on her if she's capable of doing magic and combat. Hert immunity to magic is another plus.
