Yeah a bit on Chacha's dialogue is the difference given by Reiu's translation.

Given that I believe that Reiu lives in Japan gives him a mastery of the language.

Indeed. There's a damn good reason I put that disclaimer in my translations about missing the meaning entirely. Context in japanese (who speaking to whom, who is doing what to whom etc) is not straight forward at all. It takes years to master that and I've been studying japanese for just on a year so... Anyway it's still fun.

Well Reiu is the usual provider for the Shounen Jump material (All of it).

He has to know the language to live there. (Japan)

I don't know though if he's a native or foreigner.
