After I read the scanlation of Ch. 211, I notice something odd. The Magic World is not aware of Negi at all. Apparentily, some of the authorities are aware of Negi. They may decided to keep his existance a secret as a sign of respect for Negi. Seeing how popular Nagi is on the Magic World, Negi will become an instant celebrity.

Yue has notice the connection between Nagi and her lost memories. She has found a way to get to Ostia. Only, if she can survived the stripping battle.
