hey did you read, what i just wrote, if not i will repeat it again, the spoilers might get released on july 25,26, or 27 the official release of chapter 221 in japan is july 30 and the raws might be released on the net on that date or july 31, you cant get it earlier than the scheduled official announced time.

from my estimation, the spoilers might get released on weekend, since wednesday (july 30) is the release date of the chapter (in japan)

Raws are released usually on Wednesday. As early as Friday, there'll be scanlations. Sometime, Akamatsu-sensei takes a break for rest and data collection.

I will wait for more information about Ch. 221 when more about the raw and the scanlation come out. The report of the appearance of Fate in the last panel is good enough. It specifies that something big is coming up. Fate's bosses may have likely ask him to abduct Asuna and Konoka.

About Takamichi, all Ken needs to do is disclose what Takamichi has been doing by using two or three pages. I just to know what Takamichi has been doing since Ch. 195.

When it comes to Ken's next break, he will be returning to his home town to attend an Obon Festival.

There's a Nihongo text Hata has posted over at AQS forums summarizing the next period. But using the translate utilities will just annoy you.
