I'm sure most of you guys know that Mei Sakura is Takane D. Goodman's Ministra Magi...
Does that mean they had to kiss???

As far as I know there are other ways of making a pactio. Akamatsu did not just elaborate it.
Explained as too messy. (Blood compact?) A magic circle and a kiss is the quickest way for a probationary contract. Outside of Negi's harem ministras (Asuna, Nodoka, Setsuna, Konoka, Yue, Haruna) Only Mana, Mei and Misora has pactio cards. Mei's artifact is a broom. Misora a pair of sneakers, Mana is shown with a Roman Numeral number 1 on her card. A child with a pair of Dessert Eagle magnums. Mana is questioned if her card is active since her mage partner is already dead.

Eh...You forgot Ima Albireo AKA Colonel Sanders (Finger lickin' good!)
His artifact, which is basically a lot of books, allows him to take the form of another person (that he knows) for quite a while; Or to take up the form, memories, personality, etc... of another person for 10 minutes, draining quite a lot of magic power... And as to extend the longevity of this topic, I officially declare all theories of other ways of making contracts here!

Uhhh... I forgot about him because he's a guy....
We haven't seen either Chachamaru or Chachazero with pactio cards. Though they already have artifacts. Big gun and Sword. We do know Eva powers them.

Plus he also mentioned that they were pretend Pactio's they werent the real thing. so maybe the real ones are done differently.
