Let's play a game!
I'm bored. So I decided to have this board play a little game...
What do you have to do? Just look at this picture, and find ALL students of class 3-A, including Negi.... But of course a game must have prizes... These are the Students I have NOT found: Sayo Aisaka (She hasn't even been introduced in the story yet) Makie Sasaki (She got attacked, By Eva...The image is from book 3) Evangeline A.K. McDowell (I don't know where she is) Ayaka Yukihiro (Knowing her, she's probably already in class) Zazie Rainyday (...Perhaps Akamatsu-san forgot her?) If you find any of these characters, you will recieve a gift. Just simply re-upload an edited version of the picture, with the character encircled (Just use paint)... And One more super special character; From Love Hina; Find Him/Her/It, and you will also recieve a gift... And also, If you wish it, find all characters excluding the ones I haven't found, explain their location one by one, and you shall also recieve a gift! Happy hunting!!!

Oh, that picture! Yeah, I spotted quite a lot of people in there when I was scanning through my volume 3. Knowing these characters and their traits, I doubt we'll be able to find those five characters, it's simply impossible.
And, yeah, Motoko's in that picture too. While you can see Akira in her school uniform near the top left hand corner, you can also see Motoko (or is it Tsuroko?) in her kendo outfit, riiight at the bottom right hand corner. Then again, I don't think it could really be Motoko, maybe it's just another girl in a Kendo robe.

I'll give it a try... I love this piccy... But, first off, lets point out a few who we know are NOT there:
~Sayo Aisaka (She's a ghost... so she's bound to Mahora. It isnt until after Asakura 'discovers' her that she's allowed to roam more freely.) ~Evangeline A.K. McDowell (She's cursed by Nagi. She's not allowed to leave the premise of the campus... Until later in the Kyoto arc when she's granted release by the Headmaster to help) Wow... I really CANT find ANY of them. O__O That's bad... I really dont think they are in the picture... I did find Tama-chan... And Shinobu... and a girl who kinda looks like Kanako... =P

Oh, I didn't read your post correctly. You want me to find all of the girls in class, right? I haven't found at 29 of them, I probably can't but this is my best result. I have the image here, strangely Paint only allows me to use grey ink, and it's resized by photobucket, so for your sake I'll list out their names, according to appearance from right to left. Use my picture to refer to the people I've spotted, and use Pepe's picture for a close-up. Ako (middle-top), Akira (middle-top), Yuna (middle-top), Asuna (middle-bottom), Kazumi (middle), Konoka (middle-bottom), Negi (middle, there's an arrow pointing at him), Setsuna (middle), Misa (middle-top), Natsumi (middle-top, I might be wrong here), Madoka (middle), Sakurako (middle), Satomi (bottom), Chachamaru (bottom), Chisame (middle-top, what's she still doing inside the train?), Yue (middle), Haruna (middle), Fei (bottom), Rinshen (bottom), Nodoka (middle), Satsuki (bottom), Kaede (middle, why's she on top of that train?), Misa (bottom), Fumika (bottom), Fuuka (bottom), and Mana (bottom).
