Crisis of Infinite Negima
Currently there are four incarnations of Negima.
Mahou Sensei Negima manga by Ken Akamatsu Mahou Sensei Negima anime by Xebec Negima?! anime by Shaft and Negima!? Neo  A monthly manga serialized in Comic Bonbon by Kodansha Each it's own continuity. Same but different. But there is one universal constant... Negi pimping his students.

Actually "Crisis of Infinite Negima" sounds like a cool crossover idea.
 Except instead of Superman crying over his cousin's death, it would be Negi holding a dead Asuna, or Setsuna holding a dead Konaka and weeping.

As long as Misora isn't the Flash and Cocone had to fill her shoes once she joins the Speedforce.
The big difference in Negima?! and Negima Neo is that Konoka is already in good terms with Setsuna. In the original material and first anime Setsuna distances herself. Also in Negima?! Asuna doesn't seem to hate kids. The other three continuities she still has her dislike for kids. Also in Negima Neo Asuna took Nodoka's place being saved by Negi from falling down.

All these weird variations in the new manga and anime do nothing but tick me off. Akamatsu started this, has not even finished, and suddenly some other director decides to make some spin-off! Seriously, this is not cool in my book.

I thought Negima Neo was a manga form of the new anime?
And what about H doujins of Negima? Only difference is that Negi dopesn't just pimp' em... He's a customer!

And he isn't the only one...
Right now, in Gaia Online, Evangeline is having a battle with Fate in the tea-room and I'm enjoying the RPing immensely I wouldn't say Akamatsu-sensei is "milking" Negima exactly - more like it's the anime companies doing that. I'm currently downloading the episodes of the original to judge fairly whether the first series was as bad as they say (I know how it ends, but still...), while also seeing "Negima?!". I like the latter more, although I kind of wish that everything happened in the order they came out in the manga.
