Looks like I was a little too late to catch up with the series. And I read all the comments here by the way.

First off, I would have to comment on one particular character gone horribly, horribly wrong.

Kuu Fei looks like a man. *GASP*

Upon looking at the trailers, I must agree with most of the Youtube viewers about how it looked like a slight rip-off of Harry Potter. I also found the quality atrocious, as if it was low budgeted.

it's a good effort, which I hear had picked up fairly well in later episodes, but I say,first impressions are important, and the series failed on that.

Now I'm starting to think actual Cosplayers look so much better than the 32 actresses.

I must also admit this startling truth, that the promo pictures look like Japanese AV....

Right now I'll post this particular video that I thought some might be interested in... a horrible, horrible IMHO horrible scene that horribly depicts Setsuna and Konoka kissing for the sake of fanservice without actual relevance to the storyline.

News:
The original actress of Setsuna in the live action, Ichikawa Haruki resigned herself from the show mid-production due to illness. Nishiaki Aina would play Setsuna for the remainder of that series.

Wonder how Nishiaki will compare. (Don't remember seeing her in the 16th one)

She probably got ill after realising she had placed her orientation at risk.

But seriously, she's better off quitting from this show- an excuse for legalising shows that portray underaged children in compromising situations.

2. download veoh tv
3. when installed, go to the search tab
4. enter the keywords 'Negima Live Action Episode' (without quotes)
5. the first two results are the 2 subbed episodes
6. watch and/or download

hmmmmm very interesting do you know why ? - is it because of TV inappropriate content? would you mind telling me how this versions plot differs from all the rest ? I could probably count the number of people on one hand that care about this show so only a few would be spoiled.

The plot is a bit different with some episodes focusing on characters. The big storyline plot thing has a hint of what Akamastu Ken originally did, but the individual episodes themselves deviate from his works. =/

Oh and saw episode 26 is weird, and I didn't like it. Haruki did come back for a bit of the last episode though.
