Difference between UK & US Manga...

I ordered Volume 16 from America.
Yes, I knew the spine and back of the book was different in terms of logos, etc.
But when I opened the first page of the American release, I noticed that there was a page with a glossy illustration of the front cover's drawing without the titles, etc.
This doesnt come with the Uk releases, so does that come with all US realesed manga?

i just bought my vol. 16 today, and there was a glossy pic there too. none of the other US volumes have this. My guess is that's because the front cover is edited. Ayaka, if you look on the glossy page, originally had no black chest piece and her panties have a design on them.

it doesn't come with all of the US mangas, it might be because Ken or whoever wanted the reader to see what the original cover for 16 was.

if you look at the US cover of 16 Class rep's chest is covered but if you look at that glossy pic the gold strand or whatever are blobking the little section of her chest

It was added so you could see the original cover of the book.
They not only changed her chest area, but they edited the panties ayaka was wearing to just be one solid cover, and did the same with Yuna's on the back. On a side note, they did not change yuna's panties in the background of the cover.
Delray has stated that they decided not to censor anything, but that the agreement didn't extend to cover art.
So at least they let us get a full colour version of what the front is supposed to be, however they used the wrong character on the spine of the manga again.
You can tell it's an edit because the colouration appears to be a different type, as well as a change in style.
