Motoko is the enbodyment of beauty in my perspective... It was actually kinda hard to decide between those too, because my soul wanted to vote for Tsuruko but feelings and brains for Motoko...

Tsuruko is pretty and mature, Motoko has the same attibutes with many extras (cute, vulnerable by moments, etc..), kinda normal since we see a lot more of her in the manga. I especially like her in volume #13.
