If I could vote my top three it woul be like this;
1)Aoi
2)Nodoka (yay negima brigade)
3)Shinobu (She's actually really cute in the anime, which I just watched the first four episodes of for the first time, to me she is the only good conversion into anime the rest are just wierd)

Indeed.......Motoko in the anime doesn´t justify Manga Motoko......but they´ve made most of the Motoko episodes look good.....
