I do! I just have one though. A Sango chibi plushie from InuYasha. I'd like to get more, but I just haven't found a store that sells them yet, nor have I thought of going online to do it.

i sleep with my maromi doll and a plushie my friend made for me it is a bunny with a turtle shell and it's a superhero for good luck on my dresser

I don’t remember ever having slept with plushies. I had got many of very traditional animal plushies as presents when I was very little - in the late seventies, that is. Already as a small child I found them quite boring and they had to spend most of their time on the top of my book- and toyshelf.

But... *sigh* Yes, I have hugged my pillow more than once as a teenager and as an adult... In those periods when I have been single. The larger the pillow the more comfort it gives.
