Arastin and his crew put their helmets on, he turned to the rodian. "Go get the blaster rifles from the ship, and hurry." he said while watching the rodain run off. he picked up his grenades, vibro-blades, and custom blasterpistol. He patched his helmet-comlink into his ships comm-system and said "Oh and bring the old droid." Arastin and his fellow mandalorians into the bridge and walked up to picard. He placed his hand on his shoulder. "If you need our help, you have it." He said as the rodian ran on to the bridge followed by a droid with a blaster rifle in his hands. It was a old lost magna guard that he found fixed, reprogrammed, and reactivated. The rodian threw him a blaster rifle and threw one to each of the mandalorians.

(note: Charels does have force abilities, he just thinks it his vulcan inherited abilities)
Picard shook his head. "No, the borg vessel is to powerful. even Enterpise cant beat it." He shook his head again. "Mr. Data! Set course back to Federation space. Well try to out run it."
Charels went over to the engineering station and looked over the status of the ship. There didnt seem to be much damage so far, but the shields were staring to fluctuate.
"Captain, i think i can give us a better chance of getting out of here." Charels said as he began the calculations. After a moment, he thought he had it.
"If we can find a class 8 Mutaren Nebula, we can draw some of the gases into our warp core, allowling us to open a trans warp rift."

"should I go back to my ship and follow you or should i simply get all my droids and weapons" he asked but before picard could answer he decided that working from one ship was tacticaly best, seeing as his ship was a peice of crap. "im going to need some of your crew to get my weapons and stuff" He said "Mandalorians never go anywhere unprepared"

Picard simply nodded, and then turned to Charels. "Of course Commander. How far is the nearest Mutaren Nebula of this class?"Charels went to the scanners, working quickly, despite another hit from the cube. After a few seconds, he found one."Theres a small one no more then 7 light-years from here. Itll take us 15 minutes to get there at maximum warp, but we wont be able to go that speed for very long. The engines are taking a beating from those charges." Charels said as he took another check on the systems.Nodding, Picard told Data to set course for the nebula. "In the meantime, well use the rear weapons to fend them off for as long as possible. Lt. Worf, you and some security personale and help Mr Arastin out."

Arastin worf and the others run off to his ship, when they return they are all holding pounds off weapons, armor, etc and are followed by a couple droids a security/maintenece droid a small floating droid in the shape of a ball that can be a security camera or a droid repairer, several pk series worker droids, a prowler 1000 another droid Arastin found and repaired he used it to track his prey, a 3D-4 adminstrative droid, and several astromech droids. "i have found that droids can be freindlier than some humans." he said. walking towards the storage area.

"nala, transport me aboard, were leaving" she uttered into the comlink she produced from her pocket
and within minutes she was at her controls accelerating to match the enterprise's course

"computer, open a channel to the enterprise" she spoke, and on a small screen low and to he right captain picard's face appeared.

"so what's the plan captain, besides me boarding that ship an annihilating everything."

" we're heading to a nearby nebula, we may be able to open a trans-warp gate there. when it's open, follow us in." Picard said

" Standing by" she replied

Arastin had them place all of his equipment in locked boxes as he walked off the magna guard following him closely as his crewmate explored the ship. when he arrived at the bridge he noticed that picard was talking to the girl and decided not to bother him. The rodian was also in the bridge studying the mechanics and controls of the pilots station. "Worf get him away from the pilot" picard said to worf. "ill get him" Arastin stated, ordering the rodian to go rest. He found the rodian in the halls and quietly said "make the Dawn follow this ship just incase we have to get out of here but dont stay on it to long" The rodian looked at him questionaly "its not that i dont trust the crew of this ship its the fact that i dont want to lose the ship, and if you put it on auto pilot and tell it to follow this ship we wont lose it." he said to the rodian who programmed the ship to follow the enterprise under cloak. When the rodian returned he found Arastin in his room looking at a datapad trying to find information on the "borg" the rodian told arastin what he did and left.

After 15 minutes, the Enterprise dropped out of warp, and began to near the nebula at full impulse."Captain," Mr Data said as he turned to face Picard, "we are within transporter range of the Nebula. We can begin transporting the nebula gas into the warp core."Charels nodded, and began to send the order to transport, when a warning appeared from the sensor station."Captain!! The Borg Cube is dropping out of warp, and is on an intercept course for here!!" He shouted, as another charge came screaming past the Enterprise.The Cube was soon only a few hundred kilometers away. It then fired one of its cutting beams, probing the ships shields.Data started to try and remodulate, but another charge went off and shock the ship, sending several crewman flying.Charels was just pciking himself up, when another alarm went off."Alert! Alert! Intruder Alert on decks 5 and 7!" the computer began to blare out. Charels watched in horror as a borg beamed onto the bridge. This one was shot down quickly, and by Worf, who was now entering the Bridge, the Mandalorian captain and the three rebels in tow.Picard nodded at them. He then turned to Data saying "Try and bring the shields back up. Mr. McCoy, please begin to beam in the nebulas gases." And lastly, he turned towards Arastin and the others. "We might need your help holding the bridge, should the borg send any more drones."Charels was coming over to Picard now, shaking his head. "Im sorry, but the transporters are being jammed by the cube."Before Picard could answer, three more drones beamed onto the bridge.

Luke pulled out his lightsaber and cut one of the borg cleanly in half, while han and chewbacca turned the other one into swiss cheese. the remaining borg was making its way towards captain picard. Arastin raised his blaster pistol but it jammed he dropped it and pointed his fist at the borg, Quickly pressed a button on his gauntlet and a small circular blade lodged itself in the back of the borgs neck. "i wonder if my crewmates are ok" he said while picking up the blaster and fixing it. "I need to take better care of this." He said twirling the blaster a couple time before putting it back in its holster.
just as the mandalorians the magna droid and the rodian walked onto the bridge.

Just as another charge went off, Charels begam to pick up strange readings in front of them."Captain! Some form of space rift is opening in front of us! Its coming at us in a shockwave!!"Everyone braced themselves as the wave crossed over them. Whe the flash that came after it dissapated, the view screen showed empty space. The sensors were still picking up Arastins ship, but....*the stars are different...*Charels thought as he looked at the viewscreen. "Sir, the Borg cube is gone. We cant pick it up on long range scans."

Arastin looked at the veiwscreen especialy at the star patterns. "I know where we are, were back in my galaxy." He said walking towards the middle of the room "its dangerous for you to be here, we should make our way to tatooine and hide out there, i have some business there anyway." he said calling worf to come help him and his crew move his stuff back to his ship. "follow my ship" he said.

Charels followed Arastin, since, now that he was the chief engineer, he had to coordinate repairs now that any immediate threat was gone.Picard simply nodded and instructed Data to follow the Mandalorians vessel when it exited Enterprise.As Charels and Arastin were exiting the turbo lift, they saw one of his crew members taking a blade out of a dead drone."Arastin, these things are a tough enemy. They have close to equal strength of one of us. They did get Ordo though." He pointed to a mandalorian, his helmet caved in from a blow to the head. "The drone tried to inject him with something, but it didnt penetrate his armor, so it bashed his head in."Charels nodded to Arastin and his comrade. Before leaving, he sent a relay to sickbay about the drone, and the dead mandalorian. He then procedded onward for engineering....

Arastin picked up the dead mandalorian. "he needs a proper warriors burial." he said carrying his fallen freind. When he got to the ship he put ordo in his quarters and sat at the table in the dining part of the ship. The rodian put in the quordinates for tatooine and they waited for the enterprise to be ready.

As Arastins ship flew out of the shuttle bay and navigated far enough from the ship, it entered hyperspace.After a moment, Enterprise was following at an equal speed, though it was though they would be forced to focus more on the engine then the shields and other systems.(ETA TO TANTOOINE: 6 HOURS)Charels slumped into a seat at the bar, sighing as he thought of all the work he had done so far. If it werent for the fact that the Captian had suggested that each shift take a break, he thought he mightve fallen into the warp core.Guiana soon came over to him, a glass in one hand and a cloth in the other. Charels thought it a bit strange how she so easily caught the air of an experinced bartender."Things going hard?" She asked as she continued cleaning the glass. Charels chuckled. "Your always like that Guiana. No matter the situation."Smiling, she pulled out a green colored bottle with a dark blue liquid swirling in it. "Here ya go. Its a good thing i got a shipment in from those ferengi merchants."A small smile crept onto his face as he pulled forth the offered bottle, and was soon given a mug. As he was pouring his first shot of Romulan Ale, the Ten Forward doors opened and three mandalorians came in. It was more like marched in, or so it seemed. After a moment, they sat nearby him, looking uncomfortable, despite having no vision of their faces.Since it seemed they were going to be around for a while, Charels sat up and came over to them, the ale in his hand. "Mind if i gave you warriors a free drink?" He asked as he sat down, the ale sloshing in the bottle.

"sure" said the mandalorian as the comlink in his helmet buzzed to life. "tell them to beam me into the ship." said arastin. "yes sir." said the mandalorian. "arastin wants to be beamed onto the ship." he said. Charels used his combadge to contact the captain and get arastin beamed aboard. After a couple minutes arastin walked into the bar and sat down next to his fellow mandolrians. "im arastin" he extended his hand to charels.

Charels accepted the hand and shook it. "Im Lt. Commander Charels McCoy. Nice to meet you Arastin. Would you like a drink as well?"After a moment, Arastin accepted the offered glass from Guiana. He kept his helmet on for a moment, then slowly took it off.Charels did not flinch from the site of the scars. He had a realtive on Romulus who had close to a portion of his head missing, plus scars."May I ask you a question or two Arastin?" Charels asked as he poured the other three otustrechted glasses.

"of course" Arastin replied He sat back in his chair and sipped from the glass.

Nodding, Charels asked "What do you know about transporter technology? I got a chance after the battle to scan your ship, and it seems to be only slightly better then one of the Enterprises shuttles. Meaning no offense of course." he said, taking a small gulp of ale. If it werent for the fact that he was half romulan, he knew its kick wouldve hit him sooner.

"Not much, Us mandolrians are warriors, we dont have that type of technology. But apparently that girl with the lighsabers does." He said. "Also i have a new ship waiting for me in the Imperial capital." he mused. "any other questions?" He asked, happily drinking the ale. "oh and what is this."

Smiling, Charels placed the bottle in front of him and said "Its a drink from my mothers homeworld. Romulan Ale, supposedly an illegal drink within the federation, though it gets drank anyways."Guiana chose that moment to come up with a picher of a dark purple liquid. Charels grimaced. "Guiana, your not gonna do it are you? What makes you think that just beacuse worf drinks that stuff, that all warriors will like it?"Guiana, looking as innocent as a cheating ferengi, placed it in front of them. "simple, Worf told me to let any warriors onboard taste it." She then turned and headed for a table near the windows.Sighing, Charels turned back towards Arastin. "So, what can you tell me about this Empire you keep talking about?"
