Not yet. If you make sergeant (2 more ranks), I can appoint you the Drill Sergeant, and you can train new members

For example, the Shinobu Quiz thread could be taken over by you, and when members get the answers right, you can nominate them for promotions. When I approve, they get their stripes And so do you as you bring your brother soldiers up.

The better your train your brother (and sister if they come) soldiers, the higher rank you'll make.

For now, the quiz continues until I or the drill sergeant (who is to be named later, once someone gets promoted that high) runs out of questions

Take a look at the list of positions that are opening up (under the projects thread) - many of them are officer positions which require a lot of promotions So I'm seriously looking to promote heavily.

For now, there is no maximum number of quiz rounds, I just don't want one member to be getting the bulk of the promotions. I'll let Wolfie answer in the next quiz round.

hardware? I got a s00per fast computer. Maybe you mean software.
I could buy Photoshop, learn how to use it, but I still require artistic skills which I don't have
