Post your project requests here.
OK, I'm going to authorize any HKSS agent who wishes to do so, to do a project of their own choosing. However, the project must be posted here and approved by either me or Iruga-san.

Here's what I'm looking for in a project request:

1) I need a description. Basically what is it about.
2) If promotions are going to be given out for the project, criteria for the promotions is to be set and approved.
3) Exit criteria: How do you know if the project is successfully done? We can have ongoing projects or just have a short term one. Set the timetable and let us know.

So go for it. I expect those who start the projects to stick around and lead them to completion. If they cannot, please assign the project to someone else who is willing to take it on.

Promotions are given for those who successfully lead projects. Let's see how great our HKSS agents rock!

Hmmm...I don't know if we've discussed this before, but what about Nodoka from Negima? She's not entirely like Shinobu in every aspect, but...y'know. Is it possible to cope up a deal with the Negima Brigade?

Are you talking about an alliance with the Negima brigade? We already have one.

Are you talking about a platoon that protects her? Well, I'm thinking that's a possible new brigade, and not a HKSS project. Besides, if there were such a brigade, I'd be quick to try to get an alliance with it

Hello!

You can MAKE UP YOUR OWN PROJECT (subject to approval) Not all projects require a drawing program. You can make a non-drawing project.

This is what this thread is for: to request approval for a project you are thinking of starting up.
