My Nets got eliminated! No!

It was a good run while it lasted but we fall short of the Conference Finals again...

I was going for the Mavs too but Dirk had to choke.

I doubt that the Cavs can beat the Pistons. The only people the Cavs have are Lebron and Drew Gooden.

No, I think Josh Howard, Jerry Stackhouse, and Devin Harris did good. Its just Dirk and Jason Terry, the teams two best shooters didn't do s**t.

Golden State did good for their first playoff appearance since the 90's.

I guess, though wiping Dallas and THEN getting wiped by Utah... that must be a real downer. >_>

Well, Dallas, I think was out coached rather than out played. Don Nelson WAS Avery Johnson's former superior and clearly still is. Golden State played like n00bs. They shot threes the entire game almost. They're lucky enough Baron Davis was able to make lay-ups when no else would, could, or should. So, yeah GS won by luck I think.

Three point shots the WHOLE game? No wonder GS got wiped - Utah's pretty good on their defenses....

Yeah. they are. I've forgotten their names, but the Jazz put up a hell of a season. To think GS lasted THAT long, it makes me unsure about how they'd do against the Spurs. I mean, what other team shot as many three's (attempted) as GS? How do you set up/plan a defense for that? GS didn't expose very much of Utah, because of their unique offense. I can only guess how the series will go, but I still have my money on our #1 defense.

Utah only have a slight chance against the Spurs because of their speed and quickness but I doubt they can win the series. The only player they have that can do something against the Spurs is AK-47.

They shot threes the whole game because thats how they play. They have Jason Richardson and Steven Jackson, and they're both set shooters. They had Baron Davis break down his defender and dish out to one of them. If he does that, the defense obviously has to collapse on him so he passes to the open man and they score. I think thats a smart play. It uses their quickness and set shooting to a great advantage.

Baron Davis isn't the only guy that drove in. Monta Ellis and Biedrins did their part in the post too. It wouldnt be fair to not give them any credit.
