Subbing Programs
I'm not gonna go and start subbing anime anytime soon but I wanna know of ways to sub videos.
Are there any good programs out there that you know off? Preferably free (Yes, I'm cheap  )I have Subtitle Workshop and Sub Station Alpha but I don't really know how to work 'em

Windows Movie Maker can do subs...
Pretty simple to use, but timing may be complicated to fix...
