I remember when I was a kid, I was almost always using Macs.... REally old versions though, like MAC OS 8.2 or something like that...

Why do you think mac mouses have only one button? So as to not confuse their left-handed users...

Artistic people are more often than not gay? What kind of bizarre generalization is that?

An amusing, yet untrue one...

What was this topic about again?

it's more like people in the film and television industry use macintoshes because of the amount of people that have been. they're legacy users. And a lot of them use outdated software for their scripts and all.

I find Vista really good.
Miles better than XP (lol, XP. Looks like someone sticking out their tongue!) but yer, too much space taken up by it. Ridiculous. Literally half my laptop was used up by Vista - but then again, thats what external harddrives are for.

Sakurazaki is just really nice

I only have 1 gig of ram...with Vista on the lappy. Lappy is Toshiba...so...I'm not sure if I can run any games or anything. I've been thinking of going to install XP on it. But I'm not too good with computers...

Thanks to my huge hard drive I just dual booted my comp to come give options between Ubuntu and Vista.
I just use Vista to play all my games and Ubuntu for any normal sort of work, so no real problem with vista from me.
EXCEPT for the picture viewer that comes with it, it can play videos but doesn't work with .gifs, seriously, what the hell?

I don't like that it tracks what you do. I'm so turned off by that, and the memory issue.

How much hard drive space does it need to install? 20 Gigs? Holy guacamole. On a typical laptop or computer, that's like nearly 20% of the space!! And then if you only have 512DDR2 Ram....if you open solitare and the internet I laugh

It does look pretty though. But then again, sometimes some trannys can look pretty from far away and then when you look close, yikes, are they scary.

It... doesn't go everywhere...? o.O so that's why noone laughed at the family dinner...

I just ordered a new PC now, and in the end decided to go with Vista, since it should have both the memory and harddrive to handle it (I really wanted XP...) So, I'm looking forward to see how it works, although I've heard bad things about it (not least from most of you guys...)
