Looks more of a Mutsumi Desktop Theme. Put the slogan: She'll bowl you over

If this were to be a UTGF theme, something about the UTGF should be mentioned there

I agree with Bobcat.. It's a good idea.. But frankly it's just a wallpaper.. Custom icons and so on would make it a U.T.G.F theme.. However the idea is very good
