this mostly is a dicussion on the manga version of Negima, and its the chapters that havent been translated by Del-Rey yet, the company that is releasing the english translated Negima.

We get the scanlations from online, right we are talking about what happens after the Mahora Festival.

Then how the hell? what the piss? who the hell? im so confused.

actually you know what, we havent seen too much of her since the Kyoto trip, we know she knows about Negi's magic but thats about it, she is in on Chao-san plans but thats about it, all we see her do is the annoucments during the martial arts tournament.

Chao's been nothing but confusing and weird. Yeah, I had some inkling about the Martian thing over Wiki. I bet she's just making all of that up, after all she looks a true-blue Chinese (and nearly all Chinese people in the world, me included, revel in acting weird), or maybe she's just had too many Tzu Rou Bao (er, it's Chinese for 'pork bun').

I havent seen chapter 139, 140, or 141, but i have read the translations from 141.

It seems as if from 139-141, we know the whole world knows about magic now and Negi is to be turned into a ermine.

The girls attempt to rescue negi, when i say girls i mean his minister magi's. this is where we see the true power of Mei and the introduction of Nutmeg. The question is since Misora is a mage, which side does she take. against negi or with him? i dont know.

Ive also seen Takamichi has a talk with negi, tells him what happened while he was gone for a week. basically tells him what Chao-san used against the mages. Negi asks why is he telling him this, Takamichi looks to help send negi back to the future to stop Chao-san. How is this gonna be done? we have to wait until we see more from Vol 16.

Thats right Vol. 15 ended with Chapter 139. and Vol 16 is picking up at chapter 140. my prediction by the time Vol. 16 is done we should see the defeat of Chao-san and an explanation for this weird ass story by the time Vol 11 is released in September.

Currently read chapter 139, it was funny and yet it explains alot of what happened on the last day of the festival and how Chao-san won, and what her plan was, and how she accepmplished. What still remains unvisiable is how this is suppose to help Negi's future?

I am farely convinced that maybe she wasnt trying to change negi's future but her own, i dont see how this makes her life better in the future but it is something that we shouldve seen coming. Chao-san always said that she wanted world domination, she says one phrase in here that proves her plan "Welcome to my world-ne" Sounds like she wanted to be remembered in the past, and she did so by exposing the world of the mages.

One thing that needs to be greatly considered when reading this is Asuna's true feelings for Negi and Takamichi. She shows great concern over negi's safety and life.

But here is a question. I dont think this is gonna happen since Takamichi seems like he wants to send negi back to defeat Chao-san. But what if Takamichi was not willing to help Negi at all. Would this mean that Asuna would have to choose between Negi and Takamichi?

I'm at chapter 142 and I can tell you some interesting things.

About Takahata.

Asuna and Yue are separated from the rest of the group. Ku and Konoka are being chased by a griffin and Chisame, Haruna and Nodoka are being attacked by Cerberus. And Nodoka is under Cerberus's paw being crushed.

Takahata is stopping Asuna from saving everyone even though he knows they will probably die and now Asuna is forced to fight Takahata.

And if it did come down to choosing between Negi and Takahata, I think that Asuna would choose Negi in a heartbeat.

yea i think so too, but the thing is those characters are pretty much in the same place, but here is something to consider though.

Is Sakurazaki Setsuna and Kaede Nagase gonna be able to catch up with Negi and the rest to go back to the past?

I think they will. They are the some of the strongest characters. Kaede has her training as a ninja and Setsuna has her wings, so I think they will catch up rather quickly. And in the nick of time.

Well negi could use his pactio card with setsuna to summon her to his location, but how will Kaede get there?

I think she'll have a trick or two up her sleeve.

havent read or seen Chapter 145, but i here it is out now, i guess, Setsuna does teleport to where Negi is, no word on Kaede, though.

We get to see another dragon, the thing is. Is it the same one from Vol 7. that Negi, Yue and Nodoka saw?

Come on, Kaede's a ninja. I'm sure she's pretty damned nippy at escaping when she needs to be.
