2:41 -- According to Danbooru, an original character by an artist called Kagami.

Go to Danbooru and do a tag search with kagami and adjusting_hair. You should get only a handful of hits and find your desired beauty quite easily. Also, there is a fun-to-read user comment below the image there.

such a shame the previous one of these had its vid taken down before we could produce all the piccies from it. I had a whale of a time looking those up. Oh, many tag combinations sent me down blind alleys, but I emerged from those alleys with a big ol' grin on my face, so it can't have been all that bad
