Say, how about unhiding the subforum? I mean, it's already there, and since Ryo posted a link, people can go to it.

how's about following the guidelines and meeting the subforum requirements, hm?

The Org is above such petty things as requirements. But, if you insist:

I've not noticed some of the people in that list actually applying to be members, y'know. Or have you posted me the old member list? Do you think it'll be active enough to warrant a subforum, or that you'll be active enough to be a BMod?
