I didn't know there was a game, I just finished watching Shuffle just the other day. I think it should have been rated mature, but it was a good show. But what was the game made for? I would like to play.

Hmm, I mentioned in the anime/manga topic that I's stop by and take over this brigade, but I see it's already run by someone else :/

Anyways, I'll join this brigade (maybe take over later >:/ )

I just want to make my one negative thought known about this anime... Is it me, or does it seem that every girl that is after Rin has some form of mental issue?

Narine: Has/had a second personality named Lycoris trapped in her mind as a result of a sacrafice made by Lycoris to save Narine's life. Apparently, Narine retains all of Lycoris' memories and emotions, and has been noted to have had moments in which Lycoris takes over Narine's persona.

Sia: Has a second personality which just so happens to be her unborn twin sister Kikyou that can take over her mind and body and control her at random moments. As Kikyou, Sia loses her ability to contain herself and loses her control, leaving Kikyou to do as she pleases with the body of Sia.

Asa: Turns out to be a hybrid of a human and demon and has serious health issues due to her mental position on using her magic. As a result, she often recieves heavy blows of random health issues from loss of stability to sudden weakness and fainting.

Kaede: Has had a traumatic childhood involving the death of her mother. She took her anger out on Rin and blamed him for her death, but eventually learned that her fragile control over herself was the reason for her mother's death. Since then, she's determined to serve Rin in any way she can in an effort to show her sincere apology for her past behavior. This ends up being a scapegoat for her motive to get Rin to love her, and as such, ends up going mentally unstable when Rin begins taking interest in the other girls, primarially Asa, ending in a catfight between two good friends.

Primola: The result of an experiment that can be unstable and unpredictable. Her magic is like that of Asa, on a larger scale. Primola has some control over her power, but often ends up showing signs of ESP and other psychic or otherwise concerning behavior.



Ok, so maybe they all aren't that unstable, but it seems that every girl ends up having a secret about their past or their current state of mind. Thoughts?

Lol, then again, I DO remember a certain scene in which slitting the wrist with a random exacto-knife became priority >.>

Seriously, this series can be taken in in so many ways, both and bad... How did you take it? I took it straightforward, since it's good to start a series with a clear head or else you'll start taking it the wrong way (such as it being ok to slit your wrists so long as it's for love, or that it's ok for like a 12 year old to grind up and develop "medicine" that is super-effective using plants, in her room).

And yeah, we do have our mental issues, but as far as these girls go, they all have some kind of obscure and rediculously outrageous mental issues (except Kaide, her mental state is reasonable.). The only girl(s) that don't seem to have mental messes are Kareha, Mayumi, and Nadeshiko.

So I won't spoil anything, though this is the brigade so it's possible there will be some, so how far have you gotten to?
