Alright, this RPG is based off an Alternate Universe I made for a Saga Edition campaign I did with some friends. I created a few tweaks to make the game more interesting.
It would still be going if two of the members moved out of state
Anywho, this is mainly a storytelling RPG, meaning character development and Plot development are key. Combat wont be non existant, but I hope to keep it in a simple basis. If any combat gets into higher difficulty levels, I will pick a number out of a hundred, and the participating characters will make a guess. Whichever number is closest to mine by 10 will mean success. Outside that range, going by 10's, will define how badly your part in the battle went.
The same goes for doing something difficult, EG: cracking into the mainframe of a military base, rigging a fighters cannons to fire triple their power in battle, etc.
Character Sheet Template:
Name:
Age:
Faction: (get to that in time)
Race: any race known from the begining of the Republic to Rise of the Empire (32-1 years BBY)
Occuptation: (essentially your class)
Appearance/Picture: (picture is optional)
Bio/History:
Other: (anything special, say a particular item, or special ability with something) [this does not include force powers]
Sample/GM's Character
Name: Darth Xodus
Age: ???? (estimated close to a thousand years)
Faction: Sith Empire
Race: Human
Occupation: Dark Lord of the Sith Empire
Appearance: Wears Sith Master robes, with Terran Warlord Amror (similar to Mandalorian, but weaker by about 1 or two levels). He wears a gold and black mask to hide his face.
Bio/History: Born on a remote world in the outer rim, he retains no memories of his time there. He turned from the path of light several years before the Seventh Battle of Ruusan, where the Sith were all but extinguished. Hounded by Darth Banes apprentice, he fled deep into the unknown regions, where he encountered a slow growing empire, that called itself the Terran Empire. Swiftly taking control, he renamed it the First Sith Empire, and began to build his power in the Unknown Regions. He has been biding his time, and waiting, for a chance to take revenge.
Other: Wields two double bladed lightsabers.
Rules regarding the Force: If your character is a force adept of either branch, then corresponding to your rank in that order determines what powers you would or wouldnt have.
If someone wishes to create a power, it would take them an entire week (game time, not real time) to meditate and create the power.
Rules on Factions: Consider each faction a sepreate party, if you would. Unless your character is a spy for another faction, you would be working with players of the same faction.
Factions will be continued in the next post.
There is two character slots needed filled, the captain of the smuggler ship, and Darth Akarath, the ex-apprentice of Darth Xodus, who is fleeing to the republic to warn them of the pending invasion.
