I use Leopard on my MacBook Pro, but I also have Windows Vista.
Xbox Live Gamertag - D3LTA 07
I use Snow Leopard, and have 7 on my PC back home.

MacBook has Snow Leopard & Windows 7 64 bit via bootcamp. Slightly outdated gaming rig has Windows 7.
Oh yeh, I have XP on Boot Camp too.

Strangely... XP is Windows 5.1
We've got Win7 on a few machines at work now, and it's quite happy. My place usually has problems due to the complexity of the stuff we put into the CAD software to do our designs, but we've steered clear of Vista (and it took us a long while to make the jump to XP too...) and are considering going straight to 7.

Surely the fact that XP is 5.1 is reason enough not to write off 7 for being a patch-job? Clearly Microsoft work best under consumer pressure.

XP is a patch job that people persevered with. We had many compatibility issues for the longest time on our CAD software at work, so it took us a while to adopt it, but it's come to be a system we love and loathe.
What would you have preferred, then? 2000?

Also helps that there's a very hot OS-tan with it too![]()
I quite like Windows 7.
But anyways, Wiindows all the way. Microsoft may be evil, but lets face it. Only on Windows can one truly play video games outside of consoles.Macs are only good for work.
Linux is only good for servers, but make damn good servers![]()

I have a dual-boot XP + Vista
I installed Vista for directx10 features and general aero interface coolness, XP for compatibility.
I have to say it, Vista is not too bad when you have 4 gigs of RAM and whenever you find an app that doesn't run properly on Vista you can just reboot and install it on the XP side =P
The great Vista problems are memory sucking and compatibility I think, so this has been a viable workaround for me until now.
When I have some spare time I think I'll reformat and install windows 7 since they say it's so much better. I also have heard that the 7 has a buit in feauture that emulates XP perfectly for incompatible programs?
