Thread: What OS are you currently running?

I've allowed multiple selections, please PC/MAC or laptop only. PDA's and other mobile devices or game consoles are not included.

I'm not familiar with what are the most popular Linux distributions so please specify in post. I only included the latest three OS' of Apple and MS, so if you have any older please specify in your post as well.

I have also included the poll option x64 for if you are running an x64 version of your OS

I have a desktop with Win XP SP3. Will need dual boot soon to learn linux for a possible new job.

Windows XP SP3 and I have no intention of going Vista or Windows 7 until XP is officially declared extinct.

Vista on my laptop, leopard on my mac.

Vista Home Premium SP1 (laptop), Win XP SP3 (VM), Win XP SP2 (home compy), Knoppix (bootable ISO) and a SLED10 install on a test box, various flavours of Windows from Win 95 (with USB support) all the way up to Win Server 2008 (excluding WinME and NT4 along the way), with one or two Windows 7 machines in testing and a Mac G4 with OS 9.0.2, all at work, and Mac OSX 10.5.7 on my day-to-day lappy.

Think that covers things I've used the majority of these for one thing or another within the last few months.

Windows 7 Ultimate on my laptop and Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my PC..

Now doesn't anybody read the first post? I accidentally posted the thread without poll (sigh, I let one guy on my laptop and he changes the setting so that the touchpad is no longer disabled when another mouse is plugged in >.>). At first I even said delete, but seeing people already started posting I want this stuff edited. Hina, you're an admin right?

Widnows 7 RC... which is almost the same as Windows 7 Ultimate. I would do some dual-boot, or something as crazy as what hinarei does.. BUT IM LAZY! and cheap.

I have Windows 7 RC1 since may. it's a good OS. it didn't ask any driver like XP and it's very fast. at last Micro$oft do something well. there is much difference between the x64 and the normal?
