Thread: Zac (RDKnightZac) vs Kiyori (Lockx)

The Symbiant, Which had decided to henceforth call itself Haiso, was at a loss about what Zac thought he was doing. Not really having the strength to properly resist whatever it was that he had poured down her throat she had aquised with as much grace as she could muster. 'I'd love to know how that fool thinks he can get away with treating us girls like this... If I was at full strength I'd tea-' Haiso stopped this train of thought abruptly. 'Since when have I been female?! For that matter since when have I been an "I", An independent spirit?!'

For Haiso was in shock. She was essentially a Demon, A being that had been part of Kiyori since just after birth and awakened to existence during Kiyori's captivity in the Outer Planes. She wasn't, much though Aekysteinsaecx might have thought, a result of that soujourn and had infact vanquished the demonic being Aekysteinsaecx had tried to infect Kiyori with. Regardless of all this she wasn't supposed to be a singular spirit. She wasn't even supposed to have a gender, let alone think of herself in the singular "I".

'Wait a second... Am I feeling stronger? Maybe that potion thing had a reason... I thought it might be some form of imobiliser, but I couldn't properly resist.'

Haiso sat Kiyori's body up and looked down at the wound to find that it was no longer seeping blood that had been leaking despite the staunching of the wound she had affected using the aethyr. In fact it looked as though it was healing, albeit slowly.

"Well whatever you did Dragon Man it appears as though it's healing us. For that I'm grateful. However did you take into account that the wound came from a demon? Even a healing potion, I assume that was what it was, will have only a limitted effect. Even if you've mixed it with your blood. Assuming you know of the healing properties of Dragon's Blood?"

The timbre of Haiso's voice was subtly different to that of Kiyori's even though they shared the same body. Also Haiso would refer to herself using a proper "I" as compared to Kiyori's accented "Ai".

"By the way I haven't introduced myself. I am Haiso. Technically I'm a demon, though I prefer to think of myself as a Symbiant. Though don't worry, I have no intention of harming Kiyori. Heh. After all I am tied to her well being..." Haiso smiled wryly. "I do believe we still have to make our getaway from this place and I think that portal we entered through has closed... So shall we go?"

"Oh and by the way... When we manage to get this wound fully healed. I do believe Kiyori still wants to finish that fight."

Haiso stood up and was partially surprised that it was so easy and that she didn't feel pain. 'Must be that potion' She pointed down below to where they had entered. "See? We aren't going back that way."

Zac simply blinked, its all he could really think to do at the moment as he processed the large amount of information that he'd just been given. Finally, he let his trademark grin pass over his face as he looked over to the entryway they had come through and noticed that it was indeed caved in, "Heh, I guess not" he said simply as he shrugged, "But there's an opening over there, I'd take a wager that its our best bet at the moment". With that, Zac let his wings disperse with a sigh as he put his sword back into his sheath, hoping sincerely that his body wouldn't be too sore the next day, "So" he said as the two began walking down the tunnel and away from the large building, "It looks like we have more in common than one would expect, huh?" Zac finished as he put his hands above his head and stretched, sighing contentedly as he felt his various joints make a satisfying pop.
