Thread: The RE RP

((First off, hello ^^
Well, let's try and keep the OCC to a minimum since we have the other thread for that
I write this only to say, If anybody else wishes to join, write in the RE RP, offgame thread in the Out of char. subforum
And one other thing, I have given your chars. a speciallity area each!
Raven is Stealth, sniping and Recon expert
Alexander James LeDario is a weapon expert and general repair man (Not to be confused with vechile spec or Hacker/IT Spec)
Mathias D. has Medical spec and will be needed on this mission alot))


The mission was simple, another supply run. This one alot more important than the other ones though. Medical suplies had been low for a while, but a reason break in the east barricade had left alot of soldiers injured. Everything morphine, bandaid and blood plasma was either nearly gone or not at all. The CO as issued a five man S.W.A.T to assemble and scramble to a nearby abbandonned hospital than untill recently had been in a critically infected area, luckily scouts have reported that zombie activety around the hospital have been in decend for some time, and if a raid on the hospital was to be then it would be now.

Information on the site:

Location: Abandonned puplic hospital, "Saint Clara's hospital".

Infestation level: Indermidiate to Medium. In the hours of the brake out many people rushed to the puplic hospitals, excpect many dormant zombies trapped throughout the hospital!

Recommedned approach: Stealth, remain undetected to keep the dormant zombies dormant. Loud noises like gunfire could wake entire floors of the hospital.

Other conditions: Operation "Infected wound" starts a 0700. The squad's code name is "Queens Pride" and radio contact is open to HQ.

Granted Equipment:

Light combat gear!
Bullet proof vest and general tactics ops tactics gear.
Flashlight and mount to one weapon per person (Extra batteries included)
Laser sight or Dot sight for one weapon per person.


Mathias D. :

50 5.7x28mm rounds and 2 mags for the P90. Due to the rare mag type for the P90 only two is present, and 50 spare rounds that can be manually loaded into one of the mags once empty. ((Total - tre mags worth of ammo))

16 spare rounds of .480 caliber magnum for his Taurus Raging Bull plus the ammo in the drum ((3 drums worth of ammo))

3 Lightning bolt throwing knifes for CQC and a normal military combat knife

Map of raccon city, compas and small scale blueprints of hospital

Arm mounted GPS system ((ONLY GPS ON THE TEAM!))

Advanced medical kit. (Bandaid, blood plasma, morphine, pressure binds, First aid sprayX2)

Operation start

Besides the occasional graning and moaning through the empty allies of raccoon city, there was nothing to report, and no real encounters with the zombie menace. The S.W.A.T team now stands infront of a large hospital, two sets of double automatic doors stand infront of them. The front set is battered to pieces and tries to close itself, nearly makin it just to open wide and tri again in a constant cycle. The second set leads into the E.R waiting room, furniture is scrambled all over the place and blood on the walls, clear signs of fighting. At least there is no stenchers in sight.

Raven sat by the doors, on the cleanest large piece of rubble available, and watching the other ,official, S.W.A.T. Members look at the hospital.
"Ya know this is the hospital i escaped from when this all started, guess i should of carried as much as i could as i took off..." Raven said to no-one in particular as he checked his PSG, before slinging it long-ways across his back and pulling his Minbea from his chest tac-rig, and experimenting with strapping his melee blade to his underarm to distract himself.

"So then, can we expect to be moving as one, or splitting up?, if so i recommend we split at least 2 floors apart, and maintain radio silence, but leave them on for emergency broadcast." Raven mumbled to the group in general, waving his right arm around a little to test the grip of the crude gauntlet strap-supported blade.
"And we should really stick to knives in here, gunfire is noisy, and we won't be getting many chances to have a real effect, point blanc shots are inferior to a good clubbing in tight corridors."

Raven's team man Wiz, sat down on the same piece of rubble as him, his back to back. He was chosing what kind of shells he would put in the "Quick load" rim. Ending with 6 of the 12 guage king 4 buck shots and the lats two quickloads with the hard hitting 6 guarge shells. Leaning lightly on his partner he sighed at yet aother mission.

"I'm not moving to close to those things without a good reason" Wiz said in a low tone "Why don't we have silencer anyway? Wouldn't that make the missions alot easier when we are staying with stealth entries?" He let the SPAS fall into his lap and rubbed his face with both his hands, once again sighing "Splitting? What if one of the squads hit a pocket of stinkers trapped in a room? We'd be done before we even get to call the others"

Wiz stood back up and checkied his Glock for dirt or other function that might fail on him. Finally he turned on his home made hacking device and lastely he checked the rapier hanging at his left hand side. The he turned his gze the boss and slowly mumbled "It's your call sir, should we work button up or top floor down? Split up or s a unit?" With his own rods he bit his lower lip in anxiety.

"Even put together a room full means we'll have to wake up the entire hospital, and we'll really get overwhelmed. Radio silence means we can warn the other units if we find more than we can carry alone in meds, or if one of he floors is too hot with activity to move though safely because we'll just be using the com for notification only, that means no chatter, and no cracking a bad joke whenever you shoot something." Raven Replied, pulling his OKC from his underarm and replacing it in the small sheathe on his chest.

"Either way it's your call Boss, though I'd like to request a little trip to the office with your slicer here, there's some files i wanna look for on the system about this transfer to another facility they'd planned for me, private stuff." Raven said to Mathias, anxious to get moving and and complete the mission.

Studying the map he'd procured from one of the locals, Mathias a.k.a. 'The Boss' looked up and frowned at his teammates, "Cut the chatter, what are you guy's? A bunch of dotting old ladies?" Looking toward the hospital, The Boss raised his hand and pointed toward the entrance. "Avoid the front entrance at all costs, the noise should of attracted quite a few of them too the front."

Holding up his hand, he indicated the far side of the entrance. "Ideally we'd be normally operating in groups of three, but since there are only five of us we'll have too make do. A group of three with LeDario, Raven, and myself will push up. Marsh and Vickers will watch our backs. We go in cold, No one uses any gunfire unless you absolutely have too. We don't have any silencers in supply, so keep too you melee weapons." Nodding, he pointed up at the roof. "As soon as we hit the roof, we'll probably be hit with waves of deadmen coming after us. So we'll be rappeling back down."

Looking toward Raven, Mathias frowned, "Our first objective is supplies. If we hit yours, we'll take it as we go." Turning back too the Hospital he help up his hand and pointed too his eyes, "Absolute silence, keep eye-contact!" With that, Mathias motioned toward the ER and moved forward.

"It's near to the entrance, but I may have to go out of my way to get it, don't let me slow you down, besides while I'm there i could also look into the locations of their storage cupboards on the system, it would save us a lot time stumbling around in there." Raven said as he moved to stack by the wall next to the ER door, drawing his Bayonet with his Minbea.

"I'll split off when it's appropriate, and I'll let you know what i find, but if i don't get o the roof in time, don't wait. It'll be my loss." Raven concluded as he shook his head a little to wake him up a bit more.

The ER Room was a mess, even more so when it was entered. Different kinds of liquid was flowing on the floor, a strange mixture of water fromt eh busted water tank and blood. The couches designed for people to wait in was soaked with blood, evidently people had been bleeding alot as they came, or maybe the room had been full as zombies had assaulted it. Tumbled chairs, dirt from tipped over plants and lots of paper ranging from patient journals to mere notes littered the floor in ths room. More horrific there was a few scattered body parts, a coupleof torn fingers and even a entire leg in the one corner. A set of double doors let on further into the hospital, likely the emergency operating rooms. Another set of double doors was heavily decorated with wood carvings, not really sure what it would lead too. Lastely, if one followed around the counter there would be a single door, meant for staff leading into the staff hallways and staircase, letting them pass quickly from one place to another. The light humming of a computer was comming from behind the counter and wasn't it for the dim morning lght outside it would have been the only scource of light in the room, many of the bulbs had been smashed.

"Sir" Wiz started and spoke over his back "I could run a check up on the patient list, and maybe I can root out any potential dangers with overcrowded rooms and such." If a pocket of dormant zombies was trapped and specially if it was in a emergency room with over 8 or maybe even 12 people, now all zombies, it could easily be trouble!

Opposite his station mate, Wiz, Vickers was smiling. His hands was clad in metal, a heavy kukri in each and hand his spiked brass knuckles. A sadistc little smile was on his lips, as if he was enjoying the horrific scene.

Raven turned back look Wiz in the face, giving him a soft shove in the shoulder.
"You can't stay behind, and we need to find the meds, I need to get into the system anyway, so I'll be doing this. I'll check out the security footage by the nearest security station, and go over the most recent dealer movement, and i can also check out the rooms dead in front of us, while I'm doing my own thing." Raven said as he walked over to the computer.

"I'll keep in radio contact with you from here and be your back up, I can also clear the escape path on these camera's too, and probably locate the storage cupboards. And of course having broken out of this place the first time a zombie came here, i think i can do better this time without being unarmed, with proper clothing this time too, besides I can just follow an older root, and I'll make sure you're not too short of conversation to while I'm at it." Raven explained and he moved the chair out of his way and wiped the screen clean.

He signed 'If i get into trouble, I'll let you know, then run.' with his hands before trying to decide if he should manually reroute the system or just slice the log in.

Both Wiz and Vackers rose an eyebrow as Raven suddenly left formation, and they also both managed to send a skeptic look to The Boss. A gaze that they send was a mixture of two feelings, one being is he always like that? And the second one being you have no control of your team? But before they faced backwards again to preform their task wiz made a short remark to Raven "It's called asking for permission, Raven.". Wiz and Vickers let their hands clash lightly, a little teamspirit.

But at least Wiz got a good broad smirk on his lips as the computer Raven was sitting at, reapetedly made a error beep. And it was on the brink of laughter as the 5th beep came, and a messege appeared ont eh screen, locking the computer for all further use untill the admin of the server unlocks it.

"What are you children gawking at? I said go on, get! I'm not a S.W.A.T. member so you can't order me to stay, I'll back you guys up, and escape from the lower levels if the going gets tough, no heroics so go find out where the meds are, and if there's anything else we could use here!"
Raven yelled as he pulled the old computers hard drives up from under the desk and pulled off one of the sides, beginning to start rerouting the computer, and possibly just cutting the security sections straight out of the process.

"If you have any comments on team spirit or behavior then by all means feel free to have 'blue squad' stay behind then, but this is an opportunity to get around certain issues that would certainly prolong this mission to level of danger and difficulty we could avoid, though if there's anything worse than the dealers around here I'll give you my breakfast when we get back." Raven muttered, chewing a stray hair from one of his bangs.

Gritting his teeth, The Boss grabbed at Raven and pulled him up from the chair by his shirt, spinning him around to face Mathias. Not quite reaching The Boss's height, Mathias glared down at the man. "I don't care if you weren't with us to begin with, but right now your part of MY team and through our teamwork we'll live. I won't allow you too endanger anyone else on this team." he growled in a low voice.

Letting go, Mathias grit his teeth as he nodded to the terminal. "Drop that one, there are bound to be other terminals, we'll secure a location later. Since your recon I want you taking point, Red team upfront and Blue team watching our backs." he nodded to Vickers and Wiz to take their points as he secured his gun. "Remember, we're looking for medical supplies, so it should either be in the basement level or above. Move."

Wiz smirked in self satisfction, for a moment forgetting the situation they were in. But the fun was cut short as The Boss' radio made a short white noise before making sense "Queens pride, this is HQ, we got bad news" A moment of near silence on the radio as the CO talked with people around him "We have reports from your area that the stenchers are heading back to the hospital! They know you are there, ETA 1 hour! Even worse, the rip seperator in infermary here just broke down, we need you to secure a new one fromt eh moruge of the hospital! Get moving and get back alive!"
The exits of the E.R waiting room was still - The door leading down the emergency surgery hallway, the staff corridors at the counter and the heavily decorated wooden double doors.

David Carey woke up in a strange room, everything was white, shining white. The floor, walls and ceiling was made of tiles, the same white tiles all around. He was in a rather small ward room made for four beds. He was in the far right on from the door. All the beds were ehite with white clean sheets, next to him was his clothes neatly folded and cleaned on a white nighttable, and on top his short sword. Looking right across the room was another man, on his nighttable was a black military outfit and a M16 carbine was standing next to it. To David's left was another guy, he too seemed to own military equipment. They both seemed to be in a deep, deep and maye drugged sleep, like the one he had just woken up from.

((Lirik and Silver, you only have ONE mag for each of your guns, no explosives))

"****!"Raven swore as the radio played it's message.
"FIne I know I'm in no position to call any shots, but we need to get to the 5th floor, last time i was here, the administrator was still logged in, i doubt zombies would log off it the computer is still intact. We'll use that to find the locations of any storage cupboards we missed, we'll leave that to wiz, then send a group to the storage cupboard, and another to the morgue." Raven suggested, picking up his PM9.

"We'll stick to Boss' formation nonetheless, an hour is ample time, stealth first!"

"Don't go out that door." A voice came.
From one of the occupied beds, a head turned to look at Scorch.
"I barricaded it with that wooden plank, see?" He gestured to the door and, indeed, a plank of wood stretched across the door and the door-frame. "Open it and they'll spill out in here."
Slowly, he sat up and rubbed his head. A bite mark was on his arm.
"It was a miracle I could even drag ya in here, you gotta lose some friggin' weight."

((This is where i pop in and set the scene ))

The little room had no windows expect for a little window in the door, a framed one with steel wire inside it. Outside there seemed to be nothing, but visibility was very poor. A dark corridor, a slim one too, hardly enough space for two of the beds to roll side by side. In the left side from teh white room there was no light and down the right of the hallway it flickered as if a angry kid was standing by the switch. But of course there was no kids. Inside of the room was another opening, a little ventilation shaft, but it was not big enough for a person and much less a person with as heavy a weapon as Scorch... Outside there was no sign of life, not even a single zombie moaning, no feet dragging along the floor... But then again who knew if the room was soundproof?

Stepping out of the bed, the strange person drew a watch from his pocket and attached it to his wrist.
Fixing it tightly, he looked over at the body.
"He's okay. I had to drag him in, too."
Slowly, he got up.
"You're tag says Scorch, ey. I'm David."
Looking at Scorch he gave a smirk. Then he stretched and walked over to the body on the bed.
"Well, soldier." He said to Scorch whilst inspecting the sleeping person, "I'm a civilian. He's knocked out, whats the plan of action?"
