In the anime I would say in the xmas ep and the spring special and the last LHA ep.Manga I would say volume 9 when she aces a whole math section.Unless you are talking about when she either kicks or hits keitaro which happens in vol 5 (kick to the nads),13 (sneak attack with frying pan) 14 (frying pan again ).

the answer for #2 is 8 (check Volume 1, p.154) i may lost count because the picture is too small for my sight

ahh...ok,but I guess that differs quite often though
I think Bob could´ve specified the question abit more.
And there are 7 on the page,but if you count the squid she gets in vol 5 I guess that would be right,although in vol.5 in the kiss me sempai chapter she got 5.

2.Mr.Maehara
3.My best guess is anime
4.Shinobu's cousin (high possiblity that it was Nyamo)

1) and 4) are correct.

2) and 3) I need more information. What's her dad's first name? How about which episode was this name displayed? (hint: beep beep) Don't be afraid to use google
