Spaghetti and sauce with cheese! Mmmmmm....

Just tucked into a plateful of this, and my God, it's been too long. The chewy texture of the pasta.... the tangy zip of a well-seasoned tomato sauce.... the salty yet pleasing melt-in-your-mouth moment of orgasmic delight which is grated fresh Romano Cheese..... Ahhhhh!

I love me my skettis, I do.

gas is to be expected after spaghetti. I had spag tonight too Every Monday and some Tuesdays, depending on whether Monday was a small portion.

No-one does spaghetti like my Mum. Best I've ever tasted. Even proper Italian restaurants have tried and failed to better it (though some have come damn close...)

Miroku, your headline made me think of the old Crash Test Dummies song Spaghetti DOES sound good, though. Just about any kind of pasta -- lasagna, mostaccioli (totally butchered the spelling on that), canneloni, manicotti, linguine -- ah, with lots of garlic bread, and some salad on the side. Mmmmm.

Amm, was'nt much of a CTD fan... I ran more towards Toad the Wet Sprocket and Candlebox, myself.

hey! its the best kind, without doubt. I never said I was worldly, did I? Best Indian dish is tikka masala, and that doesn't even come from India
