His casting time takes too long, and he get cut off mid cast, Luna has an instant cast judgement ray, and she prioritizes spell casters, so Genis is a bad choice here, especially considering the strength of one of aska's techs.

I dunno if you can travel then, but it's no big deal, just blast through the dungeon, maybe with FAQ, will take 30 mins tops and rhodye is an easy boss, just use Raine, Sheena, Presea and zelos. and spam undine if you get shihna's overlimit.

After that beat 3 dragons using earth techs with presea and zelos, give Yuan the bad news and you'll definatly b free to travel between worlds, i think it's only after this though...
