Thread: Made in Abyss

I'm going to preface this one by saying I haven't watched it yet, and it's very much on the list.

Simply put, everything I've heard about this Fantasy Adventure makes it sound absolutely fantastic. The rating is also quite curious, what with being 17+, so I still very much intend to try this one soon.

I've read the first Volume on Bookwalker. The art is great; the kind of soft characters lend themselves really well to both action and slow pace scenes. The main characters appear to have a good dynamic going on and I'm thinking their interactions with each other and the world around them will only continue to be interesting and increase my interest.

Also, the concept is kinda pretty awesome.

Oh wow. I finally got around to watching it.
No really, wow. This was pretty stunning.
The world building, the darkness, shit gets real and it actually has an impact.
And that final episode T-T

I did hear about the made in abyss sequel awhile ago, I need to get around to actually watching the first season at some point. Its in my pile of shame
